InvoicePath for QuickBooks Online.
Connect your QuickBooks Online company once. From then on, captured supplier bills and customer invoices post straight into QuickBooks — coded, matched, and with the original document attached.
Clean entries, posted for you.
Posts bills & invoices
Approved supplier bills and customer invoices are created in QuickBooks Online with line items, tax and totals intact.
Maps your accounts
Lines are coded to your QuickBooks chart of accounts and tax codes, following how you've categorised before.
Matches contacts
Suppliers and customers are matched to existing QuickBooks records, or created when they're genuinely new.
Attaches the source
The original invoice PDF is attached to the QuickBooks entry, so the document is always one click away.
Keeps an audit trail
Every posting records who approved it and when, alongside the captured source.
Stays in sync
Changes flow both ways, so InvoicePath and QuickBooks agree on what's outstanding.
Your QuickBooks data, handled with care.
We access only what's needed to post and reconcile invoices, and you stay in control of the connection.
Least privilege
We request only the QuickBooks scopes required to read your accounts/contacts and write bills and invoices — nothing more.
Secure OAuth
You authorise the connection through Intuit's own sign-in. We never see or store your QuickBooks password.
Encrypted
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted to the systems that perform the sync.
Disconnect anytime
Revoke access from QuickBooks or from InvoicePath at any time, and your data can be deleted on request.
Used only to serve you
Your QuickBooks data is used solely to provide the service to you — never sold or used for advertising.
QuickBooks questions
How do I connect QuickBooks?
You authorise InvoicePath from within your account using Intuit's secure sign-in. It takes a minute and can be revoked at any time.
What QuickBooks data does InvoicePath access?
Your chart of accounts, tax codes, and supplier/customer records (to map and match correctly), plus the ability to create and update bills and invoices. We don't touch data unrelated to that.
Can I disconnect later?
Yes. Disconnect from QuickBooks or from InvoicePath whenever you like. On request, we'll delete the associated data.
Is my QuickBooks data sold or shared?
No. It's used only to provide the invoicing service to you. See the Privacy Policy for full detail.
